We come to the office to teach a yoga session which can be done at your desk in your clothes using techniques to stretch out tired and tight muscles and strengthen and tone the whole body. By incorporating flowing sequences with longer held poses, you will feel energised and revived. Stress-busting breathing and meditation techniques will make you relaxed and calm. We would come to the office to teach a yoga session especially designed for office workers giving a welcome break from the computer. Sessions are done at your desk so no need to change clothes or shower.

Workshops

30, 45 or 60 minute interactive workshops include some gentle exercises, along with gentle stretches which can be done on a chair, breathing exercises, introduction to mindfulness practice, and several techniques for reducing stress levels. We introduce some simple exercises that have an immediate effect on the body, mind and stress levels of the participants and that can be easily remembered for daily use afterwards.
